The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of e-learning experience and should be leading a department of instructional designers in a reputed organization for at least 4 years. Your key responsibilities will include mentoring and leading ID Teams, devising sound instructional strategies, and developing process-maps and RFPs for clients.

5-7 years of e-learning experience. Should have experience in instructional design; writing and reviewing ILTs, CBTs, and WBTs. Must be leading a team of instructional designers for at least 2 years.

2-4 years of e-learning experience. Must have experience in writing ILTs, CBTs and WBTs. Graduate / Post Graduate ( any subject ), preferably in English, Journalism or Mass Communication. Diploma / Certificate in Computer Applications / Instructional Design will be an added advantage. Experience in developing soft-skills courses is essential. Should have worked in a SCORM/AICC based environment.

2 - 4 years in journalism, publishing or copywriting, should have experience in copy editing and proof reading, Post Graduate Degree in English or Degree/Diploma in Journalism.
Knowledge & Skills

• Should have proficiency in using UK English
• Should have sound knowledge of grammatical defects and is able to perform a quality assurance check on all written material
• Should have a sharp eye for detail
• Should have excellent English Language skill

Key responsibilities:

• Will copy edit project and company documents to check for language errors
• Will work as part of the Quality Assurance team
• Will develop guidelines and checklists that help in maintaining English language quality within the organisation
• Will initiate and participate in English Language training activities

Minimum 1-2 years of experience of business development in e-Learning company, Has worked in an e-Learning company and/or with domestic and International Clients, Graduate/Post Graduate (any subject), preferably MBA.
Responsibilities:

• Explore potential market through secondary research
• Call prospective customers in designated market area to qualify leads and communicate effectively type of service or product offered
• Establish and update a database of prospective and solicited customers
• Establish and maintain a healthy customer relationship to guarantee repeat business
• Prepare reports on sales activities and meet sales targets

Minimum 3 years of e-learning experience, should have experience in performing Quality Control on Instructional Design, language and technical Quality Assurance checks, Post Graduate (any subject) preferably in English or Journalism, a diploma in computer applications/Instructional Design will be an added advantage.
Knowledge & Skills

• Must have led a team of quality assurance experts
• Has sound knowledge of defects criteria in all aspects of e-learning
• Has developed checklists and guidelines with respect to quality in an organisation
• Should have a sharp eye for detail
• Is able to manage a team of quality analysts

Key responsibilities:

• Mentor and lead a team of quality assurance experts
• Develop QA guidelines and checklists that can be used by the projects team
• Schedule QA checks for project work on a regular basis
• Hold training sessions to implement QA procedures in the organisation
