Recognizing the importance of Human Resources Development for its staff and the vital need for utilizing technology in the knowledge transfer process, Sharja Police adopts online training for its cadre through Knowledge Horizon state of the art t-time system. The early indicators of this initiative proved to be very encouraging as the staff were very pleased with this opportunity which provides continuous and just in time learning. As a result, and so far 85 police officers have completed the first module “Strategic Management” within a two weeks period.
